Wein Goutte "If Only, If Only" Silvaner is a beautifully expressive natural white wine from Franken, Germany, crafted by winemakers Emily Campeau and Christoph Müller. Produced from organically farmed Silvaner grapes grown in mineral-rich limestone and sandstone-influenced soils, this distinctive wine showcases the elegance and versatility of the region's signature varietal. Gentle foot-stomping, brief skin maceration, and barrel aging create a wonderfully textured wine with delicate aromas of white blossoms, citrus peel, fresh herbs, and green plum. The palate is vibrant and refreshing, offering notes of crisp pear, dried citrus, subtle spice, and pronounced minerality.
