Peg Leg Porker Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a distinctive Tennessee bourbon created by Nashville pitmaster Carey Bringle. Made from a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley, it is finished with a unique hickory charcoal filtering process inspired by Bringle’s barbecue roots. Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), it offers rich notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, sweet corn, baking spice, and a touch of orange peel, followed by a smooth, warming finish with lingering oak and spice. A flavorful, full-bodied bourbon that works beautifully neat, over ice, or in a classic Old Fashioned.
