Description
Gonet-Medeville Champagnes, such as the "Tradition" Premier Cru, are known for their chalky texture, balanced acidity, and complex aromas and flavors of white fruits, brioche, toasted nuts, and citrus zest. These organic wines are crafted with an emphasis on terroir, featuring separate vinification of parcels, no malolactic fermentation, and small dosages for a pure, mineral-driven profile with a creamy finish.
