The Cantine Crosio Erbaluce (or "Erbalus") is a crisp, dry white wine from the Piedmont region of Italy, made from 100% Erbaluce grapes grown in stony, glacial soil around Caluso. It's known for its bright citrus and floral aromas, a lively, minerally palate with notes of apple, almond, and herbs, and a refreshing, clean finish. This wine is a great introduction to the indigenous Erbaluce variety and pairs well with seafood, vegetable dishes, and light appetizers.
