Syrah vines in great shape, and the winemaker's father toppling over from the top of the large ladder placed on the vat resulting in two broken ribs which is the cuvée name! Bascule means "seesaw" or "wobble" in French. Bascule is certified with the Vin Méthode Nature label.

Production Notes:

• Soil type: clay-limestone. Hand-picked in the early morning. Semi-carbonic maceration. Pumping over, punching down. Racking off halfway through fermentation. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Bottled at the Domaine.
