Description
Proof & Wood Deadwood Bourbon is an approachable, small-batch straight bourbon crafted as an everyday sipper without sacrificing character. Distilled in Indiana and blended and bottled in Kentucky, it is made from a high-rye mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, delivering inviting aromas of caramel, vanilla, and light oak. The palate offers notes of honey, ripe pear, baking spice, and pepper, balanced by a smooth, lingering finish with hints of caramel and gentle rye spice. Bottled at 81 proof (40.5% ABV), Deadwood is equally enjoyable neat, on the rocks, or as the foundation for classic bourbon cocktails like an Old Fashioned or Whiskey Sour.
