• Produced from 100% Papalote (A. cupreata)
• Cooked in an earthen pit oven; milled with a small mechanical shredder
• Fermented in white pine (ayacahuite) tanks using spring water
• Distilled twice using traditional copper pot stills
• An aroma of cucumber and a palate of watermelon, supported by mint, burnt thyme, fresh tobacco leaf, jasmine, sweet tarts, barnyard hay, milk chocolate, and strawberry candy
• 50% ABV

Fresh and joyful as a summer breeze, this one is almost too easy to drink. The sushine vibes nearly climb out of the glass but never overwhelm, with a delicacy that considerably belies the spirit’s proof. If you ever wanted to shock a friend who insists mezcal is all “too smoky,” this is impossible to argue with. Simply delightful.
