Vivid red ruby colour intricate wine with a well decided scent. 

It's bouquet presents a sweet vanilla flavours combined with scents of fruit jam, plum and morello.

After the malolactic fermentation, the “new wine” is followed by refining in American barriques and in french oak for a non established period of time because the modern wine-making technologic rely on chemical, physical and sensorial analysis of the product to establish how much time wine must refine in the barriques in order to harmonize the aroma of pipe fruit and filling up without covering it with vanilla flavour and wood spicy aromas lightly toasted.

Potent but very balanced in spite of its high alcoholic strength. Long DRY persistant finish.
