For an additional 3% of your order’s value, you can insure your FedEx or UPS shipments. This will cover loss or breakage. By refusing insurance, you relieve Stella's Juice Box of any and all responsibility for breakage or loss of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any item. Deliveries will require signature of someone 21 years of age or older.

New York City:

Free Delivery on Orders in Greenpoint. Deliveries will occur between the hours of 5-10pm, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you have a special order please reach out to us for further information.

Outside of New York:

Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. We only offer Ground Delivery. Shipments going to states other than New York may take up to 13 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed confirming your scheduled shipment date, and then a subsequent email with your tracking number with which you may track your order. Please note: UPS and FedEx orders do not ship out on Saturday or Sunday. During times of extreme heat or cold, we will gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. If you opt to have your order shipped during such extreme weather, Stella's Juice Box cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your product upon delivery.

Missed Deliveries:

For messenger deliveries, if no one is available to receive the package when delivery is attempted, your order may be subject to a $20 charge for re-delivery. For orders sent via UPS or FedEx, if no one is available to accept your shipment, you may be liable for the costs to reship the order.

Insurance:
